The OKC Queens exist to empower young women through the game of flag football. We are more than a team – we are a family built on resilience, respect, and the love of the game. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where girls from every background can come together, develop their skills, and grow both on and off the field. The Queens value pride, teamwork, and empowerment! We believe flag football is more than a sport – it’s a chance for young women to build confidence, learn leadership skills, and create long-lasting, healthy relationships. We believe in breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and paving the way for the future of girls’ sports in Oklahoma.

Through discipline, teamwork, and determination, the Queens are committed to writing a new chapter in flag football —one where young women lead with strength, pride, and purpose. While our focus is on building character, discipline, and teamwork today, our long-term vision is for flag football to continue growing and gaining recognition, so that each of our players has the opportunity to earn scholarships and pursue their educational and life dreams. We dream of using this sport as a platform to help every girl build a strong foundation for a successful life – both on and off the field, in the classroom, and in her community.
